Setup Steps
- Import the TikTok Operations member pack — In the console "Talent Hub", search for "TikTok", find the "TikTok Operations" pack, and click "Import All".
- Configure account positioning — On the "AI Members" page, edit each member's "System Prompt" with your account info: niche (beauty/tech/lifestyle), target audience, and posting frequency goals. The more detailed, the better the fit.
- Activate members and start batch creation — After activating all members, start in the "Chat" page. It's recommended to begin each day by asking the Trend Scout for today's hot directions, then follow the workflow to produce the day's content.

Tips
Design hooks with the "stop-watch-follow" mindset
Tell the Hook Designer: "The first 3 seconds must stop the scroll, hold attention to the end, and trigger a follow." The AI will generate hooks optimized for all three goals.
Batch-produce same-theme series content
Once you find a winning topic, tell the Script Writer "produce 7 scripts on [topic] from different angles, 45 seconds each" — one session yields a full week of content.
Layer hashtags across large, medium, and small pools
Ask the Hashtag Strategist for "3 large tags (billion+ views) + 3 medium tags (10M+ views) + 3 niche tags (1M+ views)" to create a traffic funnel and improve your chances of hitting the For You page.
